KAI is a 10-apartment residential building in Katholiki, one of Limassol's original old town quarters, a short walk from the seafront and Limassol Marina and minutes from the city centre. Protected status across much of the district keeps new-build supply low, while the adjacent Tsiflikoudia corridor has drawn the largest concentration of new construction in Limassol, including Blue Marine, KOLLA Factory, and SquareOne's own The Docks and NEON. New apartments rarely reach the market this close to the old town.
