Cyprus Property Market Continues Strong Growth as Sales Rise Across Every District

The city recorded 727 property sales in June, a remarkable 64% increase compared to the same month last year. Over the first half of 2026, Limassol accounted for 3,264 transactions, reflecting a 20% annual increase.

While Limassol attracted the most attention, every district recorded positive year-to-date growth:

• Nicosia experienced stable growth, with sales rising 7%.
• Famagusta also delivered encouraging results, reporting a 14% increase during the first half of the year despite relatively flat activity in June.
