That focus changes how we work. We pick sites by what a tenant will pay to live there, not by what looks good in a brochure. We plan layouts around the unit sizes that rent fastest in Limassol. We publish the price, the expected rent and the maths behind the yield for every project, so you can check our numbers before you commit.

We handle the whole cycle in-house, from buying the land to handing over the keys. One company designs the building, builds it, sells it and supports you after you own it.

SquareOne started in Limassol as a small team with one idea: a developer should design, build, sell and support its own projects, rather than hand each stage to someone else. Today that idea employs 50 people.

Our architects draw the buildings. Our project managers run the sites. Our sales and marketing teams speak to you, and our after-sales team looks after you once you own a home with us. Behind them, finance, admin and operations keep the machine running. Every one of these people sits in the same building, which is why decisions move fast and why the person you email knows the answer.
