Last Thursday marked a very special moment for all of us at SquareOne as we officially launched ZOIA.
We would like to thank everyone who joined us at the Amara Hotel and helped make the evening such a success. To our partners, clients, investors, architects, media representatives, industry professionals, and future residents, thank you for being part of this milestone.
More than 300 guests came together to celebrate the beginning of a new community. What stood out most was not the event itself, but the feeling in the room. The conversations, the connections, and the shared excitement for what ZOIA represents.
Built around the pillars of Belonging, Well being, and Shared Experiences, ZOIA has been designed to offer more than just homes. It is a place where people can connect, create memories, and feel part of something bigger.
