June was a month defined by growth, exciting launches, meaningful connections, and significant progress across our portfolio. From welcoming new developments to celebrating an important milestone with the official launch of ZOIA, it has been a month that reflects our commitment to creating exceptional homes and vibrant communities.
Welcoming [APOLLO]
This month, we proudly introduced [APOLLO], our newest residential development in Petrou & Pavlou, Limassol.

Introducing [NEON]
June also marked the launch of [NEON], our latest residential development in Agios Ioannis, Limassol.

Celebrating the Official Launch of [ZOIA]
One of the most memorable moments of the month was the official launch of [ZOIA], celebrated on 25 June at the AMARA Hotel in Limassol.
The evening brought together more than 300 guests, including partners, clients, investors, architects, media representatives, industry professionals, and future residents, making it one of the most significant events in SquareOne's journey to date.
More than the launch of a new development, the event introduced the philosophy behind ZOIA. Built around the values of belonging, wellbeing, and shared experiences, the project has been designed to offer far more than beautiful homes. It represents a new way of living, where meaningful connections, shared spaces, and a strong sense of community come together to create an exceptional residential experience.
Throughout the evening, guests discovered the vision behind the development while enjoying an atmosphere filled with inspiring conversations, new connections, and genuine excitement for what lies ahead. It was a celebration of a community that is already beginning to take shape, united by SquareOne's promise:

Approaching the Finish Line
While June brought exciting new beginnings, it also marked significant progress for three of our residential developments that are now entering their final stages of construction.
[SORA], located in Germasogeia, is approaching completion and will soon welcome its first homeowners.
[KYMA], situated in the heart of Limassol's Historical Centre, is also nearing completion, bringing contemporary living to one of the city's most vibrant and character filled neighbourhoods.
Also located in Germasogeia, [AZOR] is progressing steadily towards completion, adding another high quality residential development to one of Limassol's most sought after residential areas.
We are especially proud to share that all three developments are now completely sold out, reflecting the continued confidence our clients place in SquareOne and the enduring appeal of our developments.
